These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through vexstorum.com (the “Website”), a domain owned and operated by:

All products sold on the Website are our own. Pre-sales and after-sales customer support is provided directly by ROIERSHUB S.R.L.
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Sales to consumers are governed by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and other applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen settings. Products are offered while stocks last.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are clearly indicated before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the moment you place it.
To place an order, follow the steps on the Website and confirm your purchase. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. The contract is concluded when you receive this confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and refund any amount already paid.
Payment must be made at the time of the order using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed through secure systems. We do not store your full card details.
Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown on the Website and at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. In any case, unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
Upon delivery, please check that the package is intact. If the package is damaged or incomplete, please report it to us at info@vexstorum.com as soon as possible, including photos where possible.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to info@vexstorum.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
You must return the products within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging where possible, and in the same condition in which they were received. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Unless otherwise stated on the Website, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized to your specifications, or to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. We are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 24 months of delivery.
If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us at info@vexstorum.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photos. Depending on the case, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or, where this is not possible, offer you a price reduction or a full refund.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where this cannot be excluded or limited by law.
All content on the Website, including texts, images, logos and graphics, is owned by ROIERSHUB S.R.L. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any use without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Website.
For any complaint, please contact us first at info@vexstorum.com: we will do our best to find a solution quickly. You may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures available under the Italian Consumer Code.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled. Consumers residing in another EU country also retain the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on the Website at the time you place it.
